Günther Jauch is one of the most popular German media figures, known as a showmaster, television journalist, and television producer. Born in Münster in 1956, Günther Jauch, hailing from the Hanseatic Jauch family, grew up in Berlin.
After hosting numerous radio and television formats, he quickly captured the hearts of viewers in 1999 with empathy and wit on the show "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire." Throughout his career, Günther Jauch has received more than 50 awards and honors. Privately, the charismatic showmaster resides in Potsdam with his wife and children.
